We Have Moved!!

To better serve the needs of our patients, we have relocated the office a short distance away on NE 12th Street and 112th Ave NE in The Commons office park, Building C. This location is just across I-405 from our present office. Our new location is more spacious, with more parking, and adds new facilities and services. We are ready to serve you in our new location as of Monday, December 8, 2008. Stop by and see us in our new beautiful office.
