***Regarding appointments online***

We offer this service to help our patients who prefer not to call the office for an appointment. We know our phones can be busy - and sometimes we have to place you on hold. This site gives you the opportunity to request your appointment at your convenience.

Your appointment request (e-mail message) is sent to our office via the internet. Although we feel confident your messages are secure, the internet offers no absolute guarantee of confidentiality in regard to e-mail. Please consider this fact when sending sensitive information.

Remember that some employers may monitor e-mail you send or receive while at work.

Your e-mail messages are received by our business office, printed and referred to the appropriate staff person. Our goal is to respond to your e-mail within 24 - 48 hours after receipt. If you do not hear back from our office within 24 hours, please call.

Our office is open 9AM to 8PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 9AM to 5PM Wednesday and Friday. Your specific chosen provider may not be in the office all of these times. On occasion, we may be called out for an emergency and need to reschedule your appointment. We sincerely apologize should this occur, and will make every effort to accommodate your preferences for another time.
