Welcome to Bellegrove Ob/Gyn
This website is for you. It contains information which will answer many questions you may have about our practice. We are Board Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologists practicing general obstetrics and gynecology. We offer additional services for infertility, high risk obstetrics, cancer of the female genital tract, and all areas of family planning. Our staff also includes a Certified Physician Assistant and two Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, specializing in both adolescent and adult women's health. Our office is fully equipped to provide tests and services for all outpatient Ob/Gyn conditions. We have on-site Ultrasound facilities as well as state-of-the-art Bone Densitometry for evaluation of osteoporosis. Recently, we have added Advanced Laser Services for permanent hair reduction, treatment of pigmented skin lesions, and varicose veins.
It is very important to us that your experience and care at Bellegrove Ob/Gyn be second to none. We will always strive to communicate with you and your family in the most caring and effective way to ensure that you are as informed as possible. Summer is here, at least by the calendar! Some hints to keep you healthy:
Stay Well Hydrated - Dehydration can lead to muscle cramps, constipation and preterm labor in pregnancy.
Use A Good Sunscreen - Even on overcast days the summer sun can damage your skin. Wrinkles do not need to be a part of your future! SPF 30 or higher is best.
Store Picnic Foods Properly - Foods spoil quickly in heat. Carry a cooler with plenty of ice, and serve perishable foods right before eating. Cook all meats thoroughly, and consider checking doneness with a meat thermometer.
